Prof. Dr. Lauren Howe, a renowned expert in organizational behavior and the future of work, will demonstrate the potential of emerging AI technologies to reshape leadership in a keynote presentation. The presentation will provide valuable insights into questions like: What happens when people are led by AI? How will AI change the concept of leadership? What skills will differentiate future leaders from machines? ABOUT PROF. DR. LAUREN HOWE
Prof. Dr. Lauren Howe is an Assistant Professor in Management with a focus on the future of work at the University of Zurich. In her research, she explores what people believe about the changing world of work and how mindsets about aspects of the future of work play a role in shaping it. She also has a keen interest in leaders revealing their more human sides, such as the consequences of disclosing flaws. Prof. Howe's findings have been published in widely cited journals in management, psychology, and other fields, including the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Science Advances, the Journal of Business Ethics, Academy of Management Discoveries, the Leadership Quarterly, the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, the Annual Review of Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, and the Academy of Management Best Paper Proceedings. Dr. Howe also enjoys writing about science for the popular press and has been published in outlets such as the New York Times, The Atlantic, the Harvard Business Review, and Scientific American. She received her PhD in Social Psychology from Stanford University.
